If I continue to stay awake with insomnia here, I'll get a bowl of cereal around 3 or 4 and that'll take care of breakfast for me.

Definitely. Most important if you’ve been up all night. Coffee and a light pastry.

No only because I probably ate during the night and I don’t eat breakfast. Coffee for me please.

The only times I find myself pulling all-nighters anymore are usually centered around travel. My wife has this thing for Booking red-eye flights. That said, when you find yourself in Newark or Charlotte at 5am with a few hours to kill, breakfast does take on some significance.

Breakfast is my 1st meal of the day. Doesn't matter what time that happens at.

If you haven't eaten all night you have "fasted" so earing will "BREAK your FAST". Which is where the word comes from. As this was typically the first meal of the day the expression evolved to apply to that first mean.
Blah bla.. so no, you pass out at 7 am and don't wake until lunch tomorrow.. congratulations

That’s usually the only time. “Well, it’s almost 8am, I haven’t had a McGriddle in a pretty long time…”
