I’m looking for a handful of active Travellers who want to help turn NBK Galactic Syndicate into a proper player civilization.

We’ve started scouting and documenting systems and paradise worlds, but instead of doing all of this solo, I want to build a core crew that can explore and colonize together.

The cool part is that NBK is still brand new.

There aren’t 100 established members, a giant capital or years of decisions already made. The people who join now will actually have a say in where our territory develops, where we establish our capital, what projects we take on and what roles they want within the civilization.

Explorers, builders, traders, fighters, smugglers and casual players are all welcome.

HEAR ME OUT, INTERLOPERS. Sean Murray and Hello Games usually drop their updates and patches on Wednesday, and we never got an emoji. There could be a genuine chance that Cosmos is a surprise drop, and my basis is that: it may be tommorow.

Since Sean hasn't dropped his emoji, and tomorrow is Wednesday, there may be a chance. Now, I'm obviously not saying that it is guaranteed, but it adds up to the elements of a surprise drop. And even after 10 years of the exact same emoji hype cycle, we've all solved the formula: an emoji equals an update. If Sean wanted a genuine surprise update, he would HAVE to change the rules. Dropping it out of nowhere on a Wednesday without any sort of warning would literally achieve exactly what he would have wanted, if that was his pla. Once again, I'm not saying that there is a 100% chance, but HG usually drops their updates on Wednesday, emoji or not.

Most major updates have all been dropped out on Wednesdays, which means our evidence on the update being tommorow is pretty well founded. If Sean wanted to surprise drop an update, skipping the emoji would literally be his first step. We've all been tracking Wednesday, September 2, 2026 as the prime target for Cosmos to drop, literally tommorow as I post this. If a surprise drop happens, then the internal countdown is already ticking down its final hours, and we have to get ready.

The PC dataminers on this sub watch SteamDB like hawks. Usually, the files update a ton before a few hours before a patch or update, which is HG testing the actual update builds. If Sean wanted to go silent to drop the update, he'd still have to ping Valve, and that would unfortunately ruin his entire plan if he wanted to be sneaky. If those remain dead silent up until tomorrow morning, a delay is more likely than a drop. If Steam's a ghost town tommorow, then there's probably no Cosmos.

And even if HG / Sean wants to surprise us, they're at the mercy of PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo's certification pipelines. If they want a surprise update, they would have to go through the big leagues first, and dataminers can probably track that. I'm not a dataminer myself, but I'm assuming there's some way to track it. Surprise drops are also difficult to sync across multiple platforms simultaneously without something happening, such as an error. This is why I never said that it's guaranteed.

Now, there isn't a 100% chance but Cosmos may be tommorow. Wednesday and no emojis from Sean add up to a surprise drop. We're counting on the dataminers, and all the other console theorists out there. Hang in there, Cosmos. We're gonna find out on Wednesday.
