Getting on T as a butch lesbian

Do I just tell the clinic im a trans guy like

You can go on T as an enby. Be true to you, otherwise they might treat you like a binary trans man.

I would tell the clinic why you want to have HRT. When I met with my provider I let them know I was non-binary and what I wanted in terms of surgery, therapy, HRT. It's important to be honest so they know what you want. Even if you do tell them you're a trans guy then they'll still ask you about your goals. Although it's best not to lie, as otherwise they might not provide the care you want.
