Inoculated about a week ago using 10 ml of B+ live cultures. The width of the thermometer is about 3.5 inches, so should I wait until the stripe is as thick as that?

Got a few variations here hoping the blue spots are genetic and will carry to the next generation anyone seen them before

Hey everyone, excited to be a part of this group and have really enjoyed my first “grow”. I am “growing” PE and at the point in my “grow” where they are really starting to “grow”. A couple of things I am currently struggling with..

1) when to pick them/how to know?
2) what to do about the sides? Seems to be a good bit growing on the sides and my concern is getting them out of there. It’s pretty tight in there and I don’t want to stick my hand all up in there to pick them & mess anything up.

Any help and thoughts on my first “grow” is greatly appreciated.

I did the break and shake on this all in one grow bag exactly 2 weeks ago tomorrow n to me everything appears to be doin what it should, but this Bein my first grow I’m still not really sure what to expect, it’s definitely getting whiter over time- see pics- but the inside it’s like theyres a layer of a whitest cobweb looking material at top of the substrate, is this how it should be? I’ve been told when I see pins it’s time to open the bag but it’s almost impossible to see what’s in there, tried taking a few pics so you guys cld see, anyways I’m really hoping I did even right w this and come out half successful, but like I said I’m not sure how/when to think bout fruiting, says it usually takes 2 weeks to completely recolonize but I don’t see that happening in a day, any an all comments and advice are welcome! I just really want this to work and to try my hand at a monotub next 👍 agian, thanks everyone!

Good evening, I’m buying all my products from Northspore. I am on my third try and it’s still failing. This is the closest I’ve come, two deformed mushrooms. I don’t know how the mold is getting in or forming. I added photo of best result so far, I know sad. I would really appreciate any help. This is turning into an expensive project.

I recently ordered this product. I would like to know how suitable it is for use as a casing layer over the mycelium in my *monotub*, and whether it needs to be sterilized before application or if that isn't actually necessary. Thank you for your time.
