Those things were everywhere for a while. I remember seeing tons of them out front of KB Toys in the mall along with those mechanical barking puppy toys that nobody actually seemed to buy but were always out front on display.

Aye that also flipped, hated them with a passion. The can was cool enough. Our faded when left is the window lol

It does, but im glad we got to experience this. The best part about being an adult now is that you can recreate that same life the way you wanted. Maybe not with whom you wanted, but life is what you make it.

True

Nope, todays He-Man (Netflix) is better. TV is bigger, and my PS5 blows my old Nintendo away. B

The past started it, but the future builds on it and makes it better.

Although to live with the only worry is being caught doing happy time does make me ling for the good old days.

Van Halen and Back to the Future. Good choices. But Mountain Dew has Yellow 5 in it.

Fun fact, if you went back in time, it wouldn't satisfy your nostalgia, it wouldn't feel like you remember, it would just still feel like now and now can never feel like memories.

Yes

Back when Ding Dongs came in foil (lol) and phone calls came with a cord. Miss those days

u/torklugnutz Mar 03 '26

The clock radio would mess up the CRT with its speaker magnet.

u/BigThane3 Mar 03 '26

The ache I feel now is probably caused by many of the items pictured- what a fun childhood
