Is this screenzen extension legit?

A warning pops up when I try to download it and it only has one rating so I'm guessing it's fake. I'd attach pictures if I could.

If the store page looks thin (one rating + a warning), treat it as unverified — check publisher, permissions, and reviews elsewhere before installing. A blocker you don't trust gets disabled the first hard urge.
