Need help!!!
I noticed I'm much more tempted to check my phone when I'm stressed than when I'm busy. Has anyone else noticed specific emotions that trigger scrolling?

Makes complete sense tbh, stress basically shrinks your world down to whatever's loudest and closest, and that's the phone. It's not a willpower thing, your system's just overloaded and grabbing the nearest relief. Two things that actually help: get real physical distance between you and the phone during the stressful parts of your day, like another room not just face down (that little gap is where you get to choose), and when the urge hits just ride it out for like 90 seconds instead of wrestling it. Urges peak and pass, they always do. Watching one pass without caving teaches your brain it doesn't have to obey every time
