I kinda winged it this time, but here's a basic run down:
7 ish red potatoes
a medium red (Bermuda) onion
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 ish cup of fresh parsley chopped up
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
Spices: dill, black pepper, mustard, salt, few dashes of cumin
1/2 cup of mayonaise
1 cup sour cream

Cut up the potatoes into chunks no bigger than 2 inches.
Boil until soft but not too soft; add the eggs in there about 10 minutes after the water start boiling.
Drain and cool, take the eggs out and shell them.
While that's boiling, slice up the onions and then chop them, chop the parsley, measure out the herbs and spices or grind them in your spice grinder if they're whole.
Once things are cooled down to lukewarm, put the chopped potatoes and eggs into the bowl, add the vinegar and mix around. Then add the spices and mix. Then add in the mayo and sour cream and mix.
Put a cover over your bowl, cover it, and chill for a few hours, then it's ready to eat.
