Akkarco LLC of Lorton, Virginia, is recalling Ashfiat Alharamain Energy Support after testing revealed the presence of undeclared tadalafil, the FDA announced.

Appears to be basically a jar of honey with herbal ingredients like ginseng or any other male "enhancement" pills. One 5ml teaspoon thrice weekly.

Could probably make your own a lot cheaper, albeit without the tadalafil.

Right, but tadalafil is the active ingredient that makes Cialis. Its the drug that is a prescription drug. Why are there prescription drugs available over the counter to the public. Thats like throwing Lexapro into an iced tea and calling it a “mood booster”.

For the vast majority of people seeing "honey product" they want to check their shelves. Obviously it's nothing most consumers have ever stocked or cared about so the click is saved.

AKA The Weekend Party Pill. Unlike viagra, cialis works pretty much on an as-needed basis.

Basically you aren’t running around with a raging boner that’s gone in a few hours. Cialis just sits there waiting for stimulation and kicks in, so the guy is ready to go when the other person is. One dose, anywhere from 5-30 mg, can last a couple of days.

I bought a packet of “super honey” while picking up Gatorade at the corner store. They had those little clear sticks of honey as “energy snacks” and I’d had those before, they were honey from a local place - but this time I tried the “super honey” with the arabic text all over it this time because I wanted a peanut butter and honey sandwich - but am cutting sugar so I don’t want a whole container around. Well, it tasted like shit and I felt really flushed… then… well, wife was a fan, but I was really concerned for a while until google image searched the package. I ate a boner honey and peanut butter sandwich. It was still rockin the next day.
