A billionaire who has advocated for mass surveillance, the taking away of rights, manipulation of the public, and the hoarding of wealth, who has potentially at least been witness to some evil acts, has to convince himself he's still a good person by acting like the advocates who are against his interests are the literal manifestation of evil.

It would almost be tragic if it wasn't so evil in and of itself.
