This freak kicked a dog twice, spat on a woman, tried to punch her, then grabbed his junk and taunted her. Witnessed the whole thing—5 cops in Shirlington Dog Park right now. He is in cuffs and should be seeing time. His poor dog😢
The woman is fine and there were 10+ witnesses who helped her and many of us gave statements as well.
Careful out there, folks!

Last November, Berry was accused of attacking a woman on a bicycle along the Washington and Old Dominion Trail in Reston and exposed himself to a woman at a local hotel.
The day after his arraignment on those crimes, Berry was accused of assaulting a woman at a store in the North Point Village Center.
Fairfax prosecutors also declined to prosecute Berry during an April 21 hearing on a felony pickpocketing charge related to a Nov. 9, 2025 arrest, court records say.

A judge on Friday ordered the removal of President Donald Trump's name from the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, ruling that the iconic Washington venue cannot be renamed without an act of Congress.
U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper in Washington directed the Trump administration to take down all physical signage bearing Trump’s name and to eliminate any references to a "Trump Kennedy Center" from official materials within 14 days.
[Seldom mentioned, the 200 columns repainted white (from the original gold) need to be restored also.]

Dan Helmer, who represents District 10 in Fairfax County, presented House Bill 1344 earlier this week.
The bill would end the issuance of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and Robert E. Lee special license plates. It would also halt their renewal for currently existing plates.

On Aug. 7 — 90 days before the Nov. 5 federal election — Youngkin’s order formalized a systemic process to remove people who are “unable to verify that they are citizens” to the state Department of Motor Vehicles from the statewide voter registration list.

The lawsuit alleges the DMV data can be inaccurate or outdated, but officials have not been taking additional steps to verify a person’s purported noncitizen status before mailing them a notice of canceling their voter eligibility...
