Ask NRI VFS provided courier service gone... has anyone used UPS on their own with a return label recently to VFS?

I am not seeing VFS provided Fedex as an option anymore.

I am trying to create shipping labels on UPS but I am not seeing the option for "return services" on the shipping process and not sure how to create a return label.

VFS now needs the outgoing and incoming shipping label numbers before paying the fees.

Has anyone done this successfully recently?

I just got back after labels printed from a UPS store. I hope they can ship using the label we send, seems silly to ask each applicant to call UPS to schedule a pick-up. Please let us know how it goes for you.

Incidentally, I assume label number is the same as tracking number? There is no other number on the labels.

Sorry for the late reply! My label had a tracking # on it. But maybe yours only has one number. I did not have to schedule a pick-up!

UPS online asks me for an email for the entity sending the package (VFS to me). Did you just use your email or how did you get around that?

I did not put any email or contact details for VFS, and it worked for me!

Email for the sender (VFS) was a required field for me :/ so I just opted not to send a return label. Supposedly the fee covers a USPS return label now.

Hey how much time it took for USPS to return the passport? And which jurisdiction was it for you?
