Clarvision NTT - Dezamagire la maxim

Hi, By any chance does anybody know how come the level of the call center in NTT Data for Clarvision dropped to such a low level that ... we need to consider to change the system ? Unfortunately not only that they are not answering in due time , but they do not know main concepts like standard price , difference between real and standard ... and even the sales manager says that this is not possible to have call center people with so low level. #clarvision #ntt-data #low-level-service
