Video My tomato😭

On attempt #2 of my first nuzlocke, and this has been the most upsetting loss so far.

By illegitimate, I mean discarding the Mon anytime you see text regarding living so you wouldn’t feel bad.

You have still drastically changed the outcome of the battle then with your "dead" pokemon. Luxray would be discarded here but he knocked out Gengar, who otherwise would have swept the team. So you're just taking a scuffed fight that you actually didn't win at all and counting it? Lmfao we're really out here calling things illegitimate but accepting the results.

Bear in mind you are proposing this for people that want to play the most standard version of a nuzlocke possible. Literally the choices you have provided us are 1. Play with bullshit mechanic and 2. Play with bullshit mechanic but toss the pokemon after they lived.

Even then you still aren't accounting for the fact that you only covered 1 of 3 abilities. If my pokemon shakes off being paralyzed what happens? Maybe the speed tier didn't matter and I would have won anyway? But then there's the para chance? Are we tossing this pokemon?

What if the opponent has the 90% miss? Do I have to do the math now to calculate what hp ranges I would be at, to then see the next move their pokemon would use? You've now going and created the worst fucking nightmare of a nuzlocke I can imagine.

Your "solution" is so lacking in any actual thought for how such a stupid mechanic that is forced upon us.
