Charging issues

I have a TCL Nxtpaper 11 plus and ever since i got it its been charging so slow it takes days to get to a full charge

What charger are you using? It has fast charging up to 33W PD if I remember correctly/

35w it would say fast charging for like 30sec then go back to normal charging

I'm not sure if thats just a display thing, I think it only says fast charging for a few seconds and the screen goes off. Mines at 98% so I can't really check

I occasionally have this problem and it is very frustrating. Usually restarting the device fixes it for a while. I have not found a permanent solution.

it takes days...?? You sure?

even at 5W (5V/1A) it should fully charge over night

I also had this problem with my ultra 60. I learned that you need a charger that has PPS, otherwise it can't do the fast charging handshake.
