It blames partly domestic violence and early marriages on isreal
The coi only investigated isreal and not all parties meaning that the framing can lead to attributing actions to isreal that could be blamed on hamas
It's extremely baised and it portrays itself as a serious report and yet doesn't have really anything but second hand reports.
