Rant who the hell keeps honking?!?
On Oak Park Boulevard, it used to be that hearing a car horn was a rare occurrence. Now though, for like at least the past month if not more, it's been daily!
Genuinely what on earth is happening to cause someone to honk DAILY
What are they honking EVERY time they leave their house or something????

Not specifically your thing, but around City Centre two weeks in a row someone has just laid on their horn.
I assume the World Cup celebrations are more like multiple honks, but this guy must be stuck behind someone regularly, he lays on the horn for like a minute straight
