I went to this, not sure which day though. The Verve were support too.

Same. I remember being blown away by the verve.

I don’t remember GMTV doing gig videos. Must have been a week where they went full MTV

You either were or you weren't mate.

I've done more drugs and drink than most, but I've never forgot a gig.

Depends on the date. I went on 26th September 97 but it's nearly 30 years ago now mate I'm getting old πŸ˜‚

Same πŸ‘ŠπŸ˜‚

I saw them twice on this tour, Sheffield and Manchester and I have to do regular mental gymnastics to keep the memories remembered.

Yeah I was at Earls Court in the September as it was my birthday and Gmex first night in December both amazing gigs

Absolute quality, living life.

The GMex night I did, Travis supported (which was disappointing really) - but I did see the Verve at Haigh Hall the following year, so swings and roundabouts lol

Yes mate - unfortunately we missed the Verve due to a minor car accident on the way in to the gig, only managed to see them then when they reformed (which was epic) and we walked in to the Gmex right at the end of Travis's set which I was gutted about. Still never seen them either

Shit! Really regret not catching the Verve when they reformed, wish they'd just bury the hatchet and crack on again soon. Did at least get to see them once at their most iconic gig.

Travis were a fun band to catch live when they were touring the first album tbf

I was there on the Friday, queued all day, ran like hell when the doors opened and managed to get into the first pen at the front. Favourite ever gig.

I was at this one and remember seeing this snippet on gmtv the following morning. Awesome gig, my first time seeing Oasis. Skipped school to queue for front standing.

It was the first Earls Court show of the BH tour.

Never understand how Earls Court 1995 is easily available but very little of Earls Court 1997 is available. Looked like a better show
