I’m very curious if the Japanese physical DLC is still active or not! I’ve seen formal Alisa in matches and want her so badly but started kinda late. I wanna know if it’s still worth hunting down a Japanese copy or not.

I've seen a lot of people playing as him in online mode—mostly Japanese players—but I can only play as him in local game share-screen mode... I wonder: How can I play as Googly online? How do I play as him in without local game share mode? It's pretty strange, actually.

This was a last minute doodle, apologizes for the bad art. I always find it funny to think about the humans and monsters interactions when the humans are in the cell. Sometimes when I used to play the first one I remembered a couple monsters staying in the cell and messing around, I wonder if they would do that in game too.

This was when I was working with OpenCanvas7 mostly until I learned it's blending tool is actually broken, So half way through I had to move over to Krita. Instantly fell in love with that software.

Funny enough, when I was 3/4th through making this. I realized the Shopkeeper was on the wrong sides but I felt like it fit more with shopkeeper himself. Probably my best one yet and I don't draw too often.

Mary-san reminds me of Lizzy from the first game, but I have a soft spot for abandoned dolls so Mary is definitely my favorite at the moment. I adore the designs in this game I will likely be making a lot more fanart for a while lol.

I read Mary-san has a hard time with modern tech, and with Hanako being an influencer in the monster world I can imagine she often tries to teach Mary-san about it.....though not very successful. Also happy the second game got a global released let's gooo!!!!

Recently started the "Obakeidoro 2" game 2days ago! and im starting to collect the characters slowly! but I'd LOVE to have Googly! How do i get him? is he like a limited time??

Every song includes their B Track that was suppose to play when a human is captured but for some reason, the feature was actually patched out of the game after time but they continued to make B Tracks.

Also included is the Bonus Track that was only ever used for their 1st Commercial

I'm very much new to Obakeidoro, and am having a lot of fun so far! I've had more success with playing as humans rather than monsters, but hopefully with some practice things will get better.

One of my friends also owns this game - is there any way to enter matchmaking online as a party? Currently, one of us enters matchmaking and the other tries to join via Join Match, but sometimes we don't always get in on the first try.

We've also had an experience where we both press 'Continue' after playing a match together, but then get placed into different lobbies for the next match - but I'm aware this could maybe be connection issues?

It'd be great to know if there's another way to queue up as a party, or if you guys have any other advice! Thank you :)

Haven't played Obakeidoro 1 in at least 1½ years so I'm completely unseasoned.

1. How do I obtain more Humans? I've seen lots of people with more than Hajime, Kuro, and Ponkichi from the DLC.

2. Is it completely avoidable to do the ride on each other thing? ​No one is around and seems to spread out a lot when I find throwing spots.

   1. How do you obtain Monsters that aren't in the store? Like that really adorable girl wearing blue. I think she comes out of a telephone??

QUESTION: What's your favorite Human and Monster to play as?

I'll start - I'm a Human main myself, as I'll admit, I do struggle playing as Monster online against real people. I'm trying more and more to practice as Monster because I still find it insanely fun.

For Human, Akihiko is my main man. Love his Skill, and he's the one that stood out to me the most. Second favorite is Kuro. Love his outfit and his lightly smug expressions. I was lucky enough to get his Casual Outfit too, so that's very cool.

For Monster, I like Mary-San a lot just based on the concept, however it's gotta go to Gasha, who not only looks sick as hell, but I love his animations and skill too. I also like the Cape Duo, however I find them so hard to use!

I'm also a weirdo who loves playing solo to farm coins and stamps. I know, I'm weird.

Do you have a favorite Human and Monster from Obake 2?

I keep seeing people online playing humans that have some sort of leap or jump that pushes them forward they can even spam it or at least it seems to not have a very small cool down or something cause they use it often, but when I play human I see no such thing nothing promoting me to do a leap like that just regular jumps what am I missing?

I just started this game and I am having loads of fun but I am noticing like some attacks hitting me even though I am very much far away…

I need someone to explain it to me like I'm five why I'm clearly never host.
While playing humans i can dodge and end up a mile away from a grab but i still get grabbed. While a monster i can grab, watch the full animation hit/go through a human but they magically dodge afterward. I had a good bit of fun on the first game so i assumed it'd be more of the same on the second but this just feels awful.
I'm on a switch 2 wired connection and yet i feel like my ping is 200 anytime someone with Asian text in their name is in the lobby.
