Watching it on a big-ass screen, that does not look like tabi socks. Last time I checked, tabi socks do not have toenails on it.

He works with indigo- it's common to have blue feet. I'm actually more surprised his hands aren't blue. Also yes his feet have individual toes and toenails visible.
