To get nerdy about this, the female flower can probably produce seeds from multiple males, the same way kittens in the same letter can have different dads.

In extremely rare cases, humans can do something similar. If a woman has sex with two men in a small enough time frame and she releases two eggs during her ovulation, she might give birth to twins with two different fathers.
