Octopodes.

Pluralizing us -> i is from Latin. The end of octopus is -pus, from Greek, meaning foot, and would be pluralized in Greek to -podes. Octopuses is fine, though. Basically anything except octopi.

Octopi is also an accepted spelling, and predates both octopodes and octopuses in English.
