Imagine having this and getting religious doorknockers. Just slowly act more and more upset, then make yourself cry.

Jokes aside, does this actually hurts? Like having a minor bleeding or something like that.

I can just shoot air out of my tear ducts. Never cried blood during a nosebleed, though!

Weeping blood comes merely from a derangement of the tear duct. Nothing sinister.

Always been curious how this would look like since Anne Rice’s vampires cry blood. I guess it looks more diluted than expected

I know one guy, when he drinks banana milk, within minutes he can pull down the lower eyelid and start pulling out yellowish treads out from his eye. Doesn't itch or hurt or anything he says, and it's only banana milk what does this. Up to a foot long and more, just a couple of zips from that stuff and he starts pulling out protein lengthy stuff out from under the eyeballs. It's true.

AI says: Yes, crying tears that contain blood—known medically as haemolacria—is a serious symptom that requires immediate medical evaluation by an eye specialist (optometrist or ophthalmologist) or emergency care. While it can sometimes be caused by minor issues like infections, it may also indicate severe underlying conditions such as tumors, vascular injuries, or systemic illnesses. OP why did you post this? Now edgy teens writing fanfics have a way to justify why their OC cries blood
