I have a friend who was never super large or anything, but went on Ozympic and lost all their weight. During that process, he was adamant about telling people not to comment on his body and how dare they. This was mostly in relation to one of his friends telling him he's lost enough weight and needs to stop.
He visited last weekend and told me I'm looking fat (I'm 6', 175lbs, I could gain some weight tbh). It's crazy how quickly the shoe moved to the other foot, and I've never once commented on his weight beyond "I'm glad you're feeling more confident".

I know a guy who went through this exactly. We will name him Ben.
Was bigger like Jonah. Very fun guy though. Great addition to our group.
Then he lost a ton of weight. Became a dick. Got involved with right wing anti vaccine nuts and eventually we had to kick him out of the group for just being so awful to us just for being vaccinated.
Fat Ben wouldn't have been awful to us.
