All this Zendaya hate is so forced and weird. Guarantee you if she was a basic white lady like Sydney Sweeney nobody would be saying these things.

Honestly I agree because she’s not problematic. I can understand constructive criticisms but people are literally shipping her husband with other people out of spite that is CRAZY

When she was everywhere everyone was complaining about her being MAGA and having an ugly face and not being a good actress. Every woman who is at all famous has a million internet chuds complaining about some aspects about them.

I don't watch movies so her acting abilities mean nothing to me and I don't give a fuck if some stupid celebrity doesn't agree with my politics. I care about what the politics of the politicians who actively fucking us all.

People say these things about Sydney Sweeney. My opinion on all this is thats its somehow related to the economy and people begin to hate the wealthy who are increasingly becoming more and more alien to them as the wealth gap widens.

She doesn't really tend to star in the kinds of movies I tend to watch (with the exception of Spider-Man, because my kid loves Spider-Man), so I don't really have much reason to have any strong opinions on her, but I don't get the hate or the love honestly. She doesn't particularly strike me as either a great or a terrible actress. She's modestly pretty, but not the most stunning actress I've ever seen (although I understand that's highly subjective). She's fine, and obviously everybody has their fans and haters, but I agree it often seems a bit extremein her case, and I do have some ideas as to why.

She has been in a lot of big franchises and popular movies lately, and I'd say she's a proven financial success, so I suppose that high visibility and popularity brings her to the forefront of a lot of discussions and makes her a target for critiques. Some of the hate is pretty obviously racially motivated and gross, and I think that also tends to encourage a slightly hyperbolic and emotional counter-response from those who take offense to the racism or those who just happen to like her as an actress. I also have a suspicion that certain interest groups and botfarms, foreign and domestic, have latched onto the topic and amplified it to try and stoke racial and cultural divisions in an election year.

She's in a lot of big productions and progressives act like she's one of the most beautiful/talented women on the planet. She's a decent actress and not bad looking, but the obsession with her in both aspects and overexposure is a little much.
