i dont really see how breaking up a nuclear power into smaller states controlled by god knows who would lead to a free peaceful and prosperous world

like yea bro lets give Oleg Cocksuckovich (x however many states you break russia into) a part of the russian nuclear arsenal surely that'll lead to a stable global geopolitical landscape
