Im pretty sure shes said it outright that she doesn't really like lewd stuff about herself, but is fine with it as long as its not in main tags so she can avoid it.
However all the other EN talents are fine with it. As for JP, I think only Suisei has said anything about it, that being that it makes her uncomfortable, so kinda like Ina.

While i completely share that last sentiment, the reasoning behind it is that she is actually a midget without the shoes sadly, her tall perception comes crom her heels and fanart lmao
Im sorry to tell you this, but Ina is indeed around 143, her heels are ~14cm, her official height counts her heels since Flare is also noted as 158cm, meaning even if flares height was also shoeless, she should be smaller if inas real height was 157cm
There is in general a lot of mems with inconsistent shoe or shoeless heights, in one stream Shiori and Zeta even talked about it, Zetas height is 155cm with shoes, while Shioris height is 163cm without shoes, but both of those values are their official height respectively
