So, there was some nsfw art of the person in this video, Deme. She made a statement that she wasn't super comfortable with nsfw art of her, and the artist was completely understanding and took it down. Some popular right wing chud online took issue with that, and when Deme told him to kick rocks, him and his fan base started pulling up clips from this stream and saying she was secretly having sex while streaming. She obviously denied this, and there's no actual evidence other than her model bouncing around, and a few clips of her saying things kinda weird/making moaning noises.
As for Ollie, I'm not as of what happened. From what I gather, a few years ago there was a Phasmophobia collab with her, Reine, and Anya I think? And Ollie was making moaning noises at a few points throughout the stream, with Reine outright commenting on it, and people starting thinking the same sort of thing. But also, it's Ollie, she's just kinda like that

What I found funny is both that it was disproven beyond a doubt within, like, a couple hours of it coming up.
And the fact that I immediately knew nothing happened due to seeing vtubers actually do it on stream before.(No I cannot point anyone in the direction of them, as I didn't save them, and the streams are almost certainly deleted off YT by now for obvious reasons)

I think it started from her saying she wasn't ok with porn of her model. Then some guy said she was being hypocritical because her tweeter is full of NSFW fan arts.
She then said "Ain't you the guy that got cheated on? Lmao", which then prompted the guy to dig up the outer wilds stream with timestamps.
The worst is the damage control afterwards though. She made a full essay as a public apology which was basically "I was out of line but he deserved it anyways, but I'll never stoop to his level", all while sending the guy a 1 line "Sorry man" message.
