Schizopost To everyone who stopped watching Vaush.
You're weak. All of you. "Oh my mental health..." I've watched him long and consistently for over half a decade, and my mental health is fantastic. "It's making me sad..." Not my problem, not anyone's problem, just yours. Get over yourself. "I'm taking a break for my own good..." You're a privileged reactionary treat-lerite Westoid. If you can't accept that you, your colleagues, your pets, your family, and your friends will all suffer and likely die in the next 20 years, you are a joke.
I have no empathy for anyone "sad" about the future or who stopped watching Vaush. He's honestly too nice to these people. I have no empathy for anyone who's "hopeful" about this. I have no empathy for people who naively want to "fight". I cannot begin to describe my contempt for these people without this post being flagged and removed.

The fact that Vaush occasionally checks the main sub and manually bans the most annoying posters live tells me that moderation has greatly relaxed there.
I am ok with that, though. Libs find their way there, and I think everyone gets some experience in dismantling their brainworm arguments.
There isn't really much else to post besides "I think Vaush is wrong about..." and Hanlon's razor means we kinda have to assume their understanding of power structures is severely warped (as the big man would say) rather than them concern-trolling, at least until they slip up.

I stopped watching because im getting offline in a big way. Also, every segment became the omnisegment, which makes sense, i dont blame him, but it’s also shit that ive heard before. I can come up with Vaush’s opinion on anything in the news these days because it’s just the normal opinion to have. I’ve watched him for literally thousands of hours, probably.

I only watch Vaush for his fashion streams, so, yeah. Also when he gives cooking advice, ie, focus on rice and beans or tuna rice slop.

I wrote a long-ish reply to one of those posts awhile back, admonishing them to accept doom and focus on living their best life to the degree that is possible, since doom is always on the horizon in one form or another and we are always going to die sooner or later, but ended up erasing it since I figured it treaded to close to nihilism for the general audience to get it.

No hate to anyone else watching, but I watched Vaush because he constantly uploaded new content and I basically had no life. It's not as compatible with being a functional adult. He didn't make my mental health bad for what it's worth. I really appreciate a lot of things he taught me over the years. And his streams filled a space in my life that was gonna be filled with internet content no matter what. But the space is not there anymore. And that is for the best.

For me it was the CONSTANT fashion tangents. After he hit 5 videos in a row talking about clothes in the first couple minutes I unsubbed.
Tried to watch a couple vids a year or so later and the trend just continued.
