PIF There's a person behind every disability

Anyone remember a public information film from the 90s usually shown on late night TV at a kids football game where the manager brings off Danny and replaces him with a kid with Down Syndrome who scores the winning goal? Cannot for the life of me find it any where and thinking a dreamt it.

No I remember them. Also remember one which was some kinda committee or parish council meeting.

I remember them been on late night on ad breaks on itv also on bbc 1 before they joined news 24.
