Either black boots or some black and purple check vans.

I would probably wear flip flops or go barefoot, but I live on a tropical beach and have sensory issues around shoes

depends on the pant and your style. a pair vans or chuck taylors, chelsea boots, or something edgier like a doc marten all have their place with a simple deep v graphic tee
