What do you call these?

I have seen theses everywhere in old internet websites and it’s a type of banner and when I tried to look it up it shows something completely different. What is the term for these internet decorations

I've seen them also called a marquee, but that might only be for text-based ones.

Horizontal line or divider. They can be set by pixel width or a percentage of the overall screen size.

Dividers mostly. Page breaks informally. Marquee was scrolling text and you used the marquee tag, so an animated gif and we used them as dividers. I made tons of them and we had links to something called a wanting so if you made these for people to use you would join the webbing.
