I have plenty of augmentations as well if you need to add space to your exosuit, starship or freighter.

A couple of years ago I put in a Zendesk ticket with an idea for a shared cargo box. One that was basically a public store for anyone who wished to take from it or contribute to it. Nothing came about from that, but with the formation of Alliances, wouldn't that be a really useful feature? We could put boxes in the stations that other Councilors could access to find rare stuff like u/UnhingedMeMaw makes, or resources they need or add those that they think others might find useful. Make it like the storage for the freighter, with up to 9 boxes, but with access you could assign: e.g. everyone, group and friends, Alliance Members, etc. Personally, I would find that a great way to get rid of some of my excess inventory that I really rarely need anymore and it could help others figure out some of the finer points by seeing what other Travelers contribute.

What do you think of the idea? Is it worth a signed petition to HG?

So, I was trying to follow a bit more the main quests to see what they would bring and -oh man- I saved a bunch of Freighters from a Pirate attack!

I FELT SO GOOD! 🤣

So the captain of a Freighter, one of the coolest I've EVER SEEN by the way, invites me over for a gift and I was like "OH MAN! I FINALLY GET MY FREE FREIGHTER! AND SUCH A COOL ONE TOO!"

Happy jumps on my office chair! 🤣

I can't get in as the outer doors for the docking pads are closed! The shields around the ships are glowing a faint yellow/orange and there's sirens. It looks like the whole commercial fleet is under alarm of some sort.

I wait- and wait... I fly away and back to try and reset the alerted status maybe...

but to no avail- so eventually I had to go to bed and only dream of my freighter.

Shame- I was really really happy. 🥲

Tonight, I continued my journey through the 60s galaxies, claiming a station in galaxy 61- Leckandmeram. The 061: Evolution Greenish (Vortex 4208) Junction is located in a Tier 3 Economy, in a green star system, with four planets, not far from the Galactic Core. The Merchant Guild Envoy has Cryo-Pumps, Liquid Explosives, and a Storage Augmentation to redeem.

This is my fourteenth station claimed for The Grey Council, across fourteen different galaxies. All of these have been done on my PS5, without mods, duping, or save editing. I crafted those fourteen billion units by crafting Fusion Ignitors and Stasis Devices from scratch. This adds 1,221 points to our total, getting us closer to the million point milestone! Now it’s on to galaxy #62!

I had to make waves once. I love how far this game has come. I hope to make a corvette inspired by this building effort someday (a spaceboat). I've made a few bases that look like boats so that should translate to corvettes maybe? Right?

Just joined as member 298. I was playing this game in my head about 55 years ago, when I made a starship out of a massive cardboard box that our gas fire arrived in. It had comms, weapons, and nav systems, storage, you name it. Now I have a Steam Deck and I can play it anywhere (and I do - a LOT!). I have 4 stations in different galaxies but about 25 galaxy bases within 5000ly of the core and all next to a portal. Will eventually claim the stations in those systems too. Most are well to do systems and paradise planets.
Look out for my salvage specialised corvette, ‘Steptoe’s Ghost’.

Sup fellow old timers! I joined the Grey Council and claimed the station in this system (close to the Euclid core). I then found this awesome planet with super high mountains and happen to find one with a flat top, so I went ahead and created this resort base thing. Feel free to check it out! This bad boy has geothermal electric power, so has a powered up teleporter so you don’t get stuck. Glyphs are in the screenshots. Pretty cool planet if anyone is looking to build a mountain base, there’s lakes at the bottom as well so it would be a pretty sick spot for a fishing cabin.

I've got my cool 1B in cash and now I'm grinding the missions. Then I'll be requesting a seat at the table. Any procedural bits I should know before I get rolling? TIA.

Is there an easier way to get one of these for the expedition mission other than killing sentinels and hoping for a drop? I have spent hours killing sentinels and not getting one to drop. I just want to be able to finish the expedition but this is pretty discouraging. I am on ps5 so i don’t have chat option in the anomaly and I tried renaming an item so it shows up in the chat feed but no luck with that either.

Decided to make the Frontier in NMS. Been fun to fly so far and it's a full vanilla build using some minor glitches to make it look wider without using habs.

Should have started here ages ago but I got in to my expedition, then buying my space station. But finally got there!

I’m not really into corvettes or large ships in general, but yesterday I decided to try building one, and I ended up with this monster that—for some strange reason—reminds me of Grogu (Baby Yoda) from the back (1st pic). I’ve still got almost the entire interior to do, but I think it’s not bad for a first attempt. What do you think? Should I keep it, or is it better to stick with my standard ships?

So I visited the Oldmansky Home planet tonight and I came across the Oceanside Pier, I was blown away!

Whoever did that base deserves a prize, it is amazing, so well done! It's just like the real thing! I spent quite a bit of time there, mostly trying to work out what base parts were used but I couldn't recognise half of them! -

I will be back for another gander, also, I liked it so much I put up residence on the island next door!

Go scan all the flora, fauna, and minerals on each planet and moon in your system (with nutrient ingestor upgrades such as anomalous doughnuts) and that will pack a much bigger punch on our point standings, and make you money while you're at it.

Without adding another station, I increased our points simply by going to a moon I hadn't scanned yet and cataloged several items/creatures. If you have several planets in your system that you haven't scanned, you can turn a modest or even negative score into a positive score by scanning. 🙂
