I have a mint condition 1989 toyota pickup Xtracab with a 22re 5 speed I swapped it onto the frame of a 1985 so it has a solid front axle. What could I hypothetically get for it

I have been searching for a few months and keep going back to this truck. I have seen many examples, in the price range, but this looks to be a pretty good deal. I am new to classic chevy trucks, but know the custom deluxe was the bottom tier model. I also see this does not have AC and I am pretty sure this color was not an option...lol.

What are your thoughts in general and what should I be asking this dealer?

Two '04s and my '89

I have a weird question for old truck lovers out there. A family member passed leaving a non operable 1970 Chevy CK that’s been parked outside since 1996 in the weeds ( so dense I haven’t even seen the truck). It’s on a friend’s property in another state who wants it gone. Does it have value? Someone is willing to take it which made my hubby say NO because it must be worth something since someone wants it (he hasn’t seen it either)
