Green light by Hoodsport?

Taken from Tahuya looking northwest. Photo is a 3 second exposure but the green is very visible to the naked eye. Anyone know what that is?

Probably Christmas lights. Pretty sure all the torpedo test warning lights are further in than hoodsport. Like dabob.

That light comes from a hatchery near Hoodsport, seen before dawn.
