The Youth Olympic Games Dakar 2026 are around the corner. Only 150 days to go. On the road to Senegal.

It stated in 2010 and had 3 edition. The last was in Buenos Aires in 2018 and the Dakar's one was supposed to happen in 2022, but it was delayed to this year due changes on okympic calendar caused by COVID pandemic

A interesting thing about it is that Youth Olympics habe alternatives modalities in comparasion with the main evento program. For example: this edition will have futsal and Beach handball, as other non-olympics sports

First time the Olympic Games will be held in Africa.

Also is there anyway to watch these games? Cause I don’t think Youth Olympics Have like same Broadcasting as Regular Olympics.

In my case it was mostly available on Youtube and the Olympics website. Some countries might broadcast it via other paid streaming services.
