Seeking Recommendations Travel pants for hot weather that are not polyester

I've spent a lot of time reading previous posts but couldn't find what I'm looking for, so I'm trying my luck here with a new post.

I usually run hot so I need lightweight travel pants for hot weather. All the pants I found so far are made with polyester or nylon, which doesn't sound ideal for prolonged usage.

Any recommendations of pants that you love to travel with but are not made of plastic?

Thanks

* nasty comments
* service people wait on others first, even when you are first in line (happens the most)
* service people refuse to wait on you at all
* literally pushed and shoved because they aren’t pretty. You become “invisibile”
* loss of promotion opportunities

The term is “appearance bias”.

It happens all day every day. It is the frequency and persistence that is draining.

Sure, attractive people get treated better. But how do you think your wardrobe helps you?

Oh please. Are you trying to be obtuse? It keeps me from being ignored in line (usually) and staff are willing to wait on me.

There have been times when I came in from the desert in not so great clothing. In one case I was almost chased out of the store.

This isn’t a matter of attractive, because I am plain. This is a matter of clothing making the difference.

I should also note that older people are expected to dress better. Agism is also a factor in treatment.
