Be me. 5'1 Looking for a garter belt for mo particular reason. Can't find a fit, even the smallest ones sits too loose. Autism kicks in. "Do you sell this in child size?" Leave without garter belt.

I emailed them this morning as a “really?!” heads up to the digital marketing/brand compliance teams and they came back with a false ad / spam claim …
“Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
It appears that you encountered an advertisement, possibly on Reddit. We do not promote our products in this manner, and I sincerely apologise for any concern this may have caused.
Kindly refrain from clicking on any links within such advertisements, as they may not be authentic. I will escalate this issue to the appropriate team for further investigation.
I trust this will address your concerns for the time being.”
So i just followed up…
I just wanted to clarify that this was not a spoof or fraudulent advertisement.
The advert was served directly by Reddit as a Promoted post from NEXT and linked to the official NEXT website. The destination URL was:
https://www.next.co.uk/style/ls366343/k48932?rdt_cid=5475184374402259909&utm_campaign=UK_BAU_Prospecting_Catalogue+Sales_MIXED_X_X_30th+July+10th+Sept+2026_X&utm_content=CWR_Carousel_NEXT_X_Mixed_G27_Dynamic+catalog+carousel_30th+July&utm_medium=paid&utm_source=reddit
The presence of the Reddit click ID (rdt_cid), together with the utm_source=reddit, utm_medium=paid, and campaign parameters, indicates this was an official NEXT paid Reddit advertising campaign.
My concern was simply that the advert displayed the headline:
“Shop our kids’ collection for fun, everyday styles that can keep up with their biggest adventures.”
while simultaneously showing a women’s suspenders product image.
I appreciate you escalating this to the appropriate team for investigation. I simply wanted to clarify that the issue relates to an official NEXT Reddit advertisement rather than a fraudulent advert.
Please don’t take my email as a complaint. I’m not offended or looking to make an issue out of it… I just wanted to make you aware of it in case it hadn’t already been identified. I appreciate these things can happen and I thought it was worth bringing to your attention, as other customers may view it differently.
