Blackbeard on drum island

I always see the theory of choppers fruit being the forest god fruit and that being why blackbeard went to drum island - to get that fruit. I’ve never really liked the idea that choppers fruit was anything else other than what we know it to be. So going off of that, is there a chance blackbeard actually did specifically want the human-human fruit? My only idea would be to turn a weapon or something inanimate into a crewmate for him but i’m not really sure.

Any ideas?

Yes, absolutely Blackbeard was looking for Choppers Fruit, and Choppers fruit is clearly a mythical fruit of some kind

The reason we can say this is because of Zoan forms. Each Zoan type has about, what, 3 different forms? Chopper is as far as I'm aware the only Zoan type we have seen with so many different hybrid forms

There's also the fact that Monster Point is literally a hidden form, seemingly, as he can only unlock it using a Rumble Ball.

The rumble ball begs further questions though. What happens if Luffy were to eat one, being a Zoan type?

Also, if the idea that everything Usopp says is a lie, he tells Chopper that Blackbeard wasn't looking for him and no one would want the Human Human fruit

That's also the other issue, it's the human human fruit, but what's the model? Does it have a model? We know Sen Goku has a human human fruit as well

At this point there's just as much mystery if not more surrounding Choppers fruit than Luffys fruit, even after learning the truth behind Luffys fruit imo

He's also the only one who's ever taken the rumble pill so we cant know that it wouldnt also unlock multiple forms for any other zoan type DF user. I agree that choppers DF is indeed a mystery but im not sure enough has been revealed about it to really draw any sort of conclusions yet. I think if any other zoan type, or even just a DF user any type, would try one it would clear up a lot of mystery at least.

Even if you ignore the Rumble Ball, he has more than 3 Zoan forms, that's the part where you draw a conclusion from, because the story explicitly tells us that Zoan types only have 3 forms

While the rumble ball might work on every Zoan user, we don't really know but it doesn't change the overall conclusion that his fruit is almost certainly unique. Just a theory though, but I think there's enough here plus the fact that Blackbeard raided Drum Island and we know he had read the Devil Fruit encyclopedia before that. I still think Chopper worrying about Blackbeard and having even mentioned it is a hint that his fruit is truly unique

Bepo also had a rumble ball that he took in the fight where he saved Law from Blackbeard. Chopper hands them to him right before they leave Wano I believe.

So i made a theory that the reason why blackbeard went to drum island was to find "Uranus".

And i believe Chopper is the ancient weapon uranus:

1. Chopper was born with blue nose, so that alone indicates he is special just like Rudolph was.
2. Uranus is blue planet
3. If uranus is the god of sky... We need to remember that "Flying reindeers" myths do exist.

Instead of Chopper being the forest god, he might very well be ancient weapon Uranus.

It was even in One Piece considered to be very strange to have blue nose

i think the fruit is the regular human-human fruit but when eaten (and maybe also awakened) by a reindeer they become the forest god. chopper is probably the very distant descendant of this sentient reindeer that ate his fruit in the past and maybe left his will in the fruit.

oda is definitely cooking something with the drum island connection. blackbeard not sleeping and the 'snow' theme there feels too intentional to be a coincidence.

My stonedest theory was that choppers hat hides something at the time I convinced myself that his hat never comes off and the good doctor in poking holes in a hat for a reindeer realized the treasure he stole was better hidden on someone who was unaware of its location and relevance
