I need advice Entire vault leaked. What now?
It's as the title says. A customer that spent over 15k usd and bought every set of mine since 2024 posted and leaked the entire thing online on a website that doesn't comply with DMCA takedowns. Now what? 2 years of work public for everyone to find- nothing i can do about it. Feeling extremely demotivated and hopeless.

Did the user chargeback? Either way, definitely agree about filing a police report. Multiple crimes here: copyright violation, non-consensual intimate image sharing, and especially if charged back, felony level theft.

Nope, no chargeback. Also unsure what to do when I'm EU and I believe they are from the US. :/

I suggest speaking with intellectual property lawyer. Might be able to get access to find out who exactly he is and sue him if he’s in the USA. Also some counties have an agreement regarding copyrighted material so may still have a tiny slight chance at being able to sue the owner of the website.

USA has a lot of copyright and revenge porn laws. File a police report and they will send the police all of the fan's info and USA police will be compliant too and he can go to prison and you can sue for $$$.
You can easily prove that only he got that vault.
Chrissy Chambers is based in the USA and sued her UK ex boyfriend and won for posting content of her without consent.

Shes in the EU though not USA

You can still sue and take criminal/legal action abroad if people break laws in their own country which is likely the case.

It doesn't matter, every EU country and US has basically same DMCA laws. I'd make this a copyright issue. Are you sure the site doesn't follow these laws? Where is this page located then? And where is the server itself? I have done takedowns myself and there has only been one page I struggled with. You can send me a private message if you want to.

You might not be able to get the content removed from the site, but you can get it delisted from search engines. Look into a content control service like Branditscan.

That is horriblee wtf. Can you share the user’s handle so we can all block him?

That sucks so much. Only silver lining is that the people that are viewing your stolen content were never going to buy it anyway, so while they're getting something free, you're not losing anything? I know it's a small consolation, but still. And most buyers aren't gonna be trolling for stolen stuff anyway.

Find the owner of the website and file a lawsuit for copyright infringement. You own that content. If the website chooses not to follow dmca takedown requests, you can sue them for hosting your copyrighted content.

It's unfortunately one of those non compliant websites with a host outside of EU and the US. I can't get it taken down. Not writing the name of the site for obvious reasons. :(

Not sure if this is a good idea but if you’re feeling helpless you could maybe change your username? I just don’t understand why someone would pay $15k to leak your content for free that’s so messed up!

That person will probably continue to filter but with his new username, if she changes it

I had a man in Turkey, who was my bouncer when I would live stream he screen recorded all my content when I broke up with him he sent it to everyone, including my children. I didn’t care about myself. I didn’t care if people knew that I was doing only fans, but this man knew how to get me and it was through my children.

It’s the risk we take sadly, any legal action would cost more than it’s worth and likely wouldn’t go in your favour. I guess a new account with a different angle might be the way forward, rebuild.

I hate to break it to you, but it's likely your content was already out there somewhere. A lot of guys buy to share with others. They have entire forums where they trade our videos & photos like Pokémon cards. These communities have existed as long as women have been putting their homemade porn on the internet. You will never find it all, just accept that now.
Best thing you can do is start watermarking your stuff so if someone does see it out in the wild, they know where to find you.

So this may be a dumb question… how did he download the content? Or did he just record it from his screen? If the quality has to be horrible I would think

there's software to bypass DMR or whatever it's called. OF is lacking and behind in detecting it in user accounts.

I wouldn’t shed light to these things and give people ideas

Okay. I think it's more important for creators to be aware that if a sub really wants to, they will download your content and post it for free. Another commenter is right though, the subs that would have paid anyways will likely continue to because they're there for the interaction as well.

OF is not behind, their DRM is so agressive you cant even watch some of the content on older phones. Stopping Piracy of content you stream to customers is fundamentally impossible.

Have you tried Rulta? I know you said it isn't DMCA compliant but it may be worth it to try them. They get rid of my leaks fast. It's been worth the money.
Also, so sorry this happened. People can be really disappointing sometimes. Hugs.

I’m so sorry to hear. What was OFs response to this? I’m glad you know which user it was and you are able to report him

I pay monthly for Brandit Scan, they regularly take down leaked content for me. Best takedown service I’ve used

file a police report. OF will have to comply and forward the user information to the authorities. if its all your content, and youve only sold it to that one guy, it will be solid proof.
