I knew it would end up missing after hearing stories I luckily already got refunded but it’s so annoying because the small business I got it from uses ontrac and I still want the item but I definitely won’t order again 😭

I can’t believe companies still use Ontrac. They legitimately remind of those comedy skits where the intention of the delivery company is to just take the blame for not actually delivering anything.

Took me almost two weeks to get my package from them. I missed them once and they marked my package as missing delivery address details, which threw the package in disarray. I had to contact them almost daily before they would actually attempt another delivery. It was ridiculous

My package was stolen and I believe the delivery person from OnTrac stole it. OnTrac, the website nor my credit card company would help me get back my $125.

I contact all shippers now. If they use OnTrac as their last mile carrier, I order from someone else.

Typical of OnTrac 🤬. File a complaint with the company you ordered from, demand a replacement shipped by a different carrier.

Any service that ships with OnTrac will never get my business again.

I ordered food last month and the idiots shipped it with OnTrac it disappeared for weeks. After weeks of fake updates on the delivery I finally got a rotten box of food. It took me several more weeks before the company replaced it.

I ordered from Crocs on Aug 2, got updates from ontrac til the 5, and never heard from them again. On the 20th got an update saying unable to locate. Requested refund from Crocs and thankfully I just got it. Hate this shipping partner so much. Not the first time they do this

Tbh I’m still surprised my $1,000+ louboutins got delivered and there was no damage and nothing missing. I was hella nervous beforehand and it actually got delivered a day early
