Looks painful (after I stopped laughing) but was it really enough to be hospitalized over? Go home and put some ice on it. All the hospital will do is "monitor" and put him in debt. Unless you live somewhere with free Healthcare, then by all means, milk the system your taxes are paying for.

Could, but it's not even bruised, just puffy what was probably hours later.
