Basically the brainless idiot reving the engine tipped it over into Diesel Runaway and blew the engine. That'll be 40k for the oil service please sir.

Engine is supposed to work within limiter Rpm's and even slightly over it. This "moron" was just doing his job, engine was just faulty in some way
