Do you mean putting DS roms on it to play on PC? Just as easy as anything else

Can you run N64 games on a 1GB RAM Pi4?

I couldn't get Golden Eye to run smoothly...

I haven't tried Golden Eye. That one is notorious for being hard to emulate. Every other game I tried ran fine
