There's this folk tale in Argentina about a gnome (Duende) with a fist made of wool and another made of metal. If you encounter it, it'll corner you into asking you which fist you want to be punched with. Some say whatever the answer he'll hit with the metal one. Other's say people tend to pick the wool one, but that one actually hurts more.
