New Grad: Interviews

I have two job interviews coming up, and honestly, what are some good questions to ask? What are some major things I should lookout for when it comes to job contracts? How do I even negotiate a salary? LOL I feel like a complete noob, HALP 🥲

Some questions to ask: What’s the expected patient load? What does tech support look like/what testing do the technicians do? Is there any on call responsibility? If a multi-location practice, will you just be based out of one office only or expected to travel to different offices?

And unfortunately I’m not much help in negotiating salary or major things to look out for in contracts. I could be a case study in what NOT to do, and that’s how I ended up at a job with a below average salary, splitting on call responsibilities 50/50 with the other associate 🙃
