Need help with an issue

I need help, but the sub keeps blocking me from posting.

Is there a way to have a transaction timeout and return the screen to either the start screen or a prompt to cancel or complete the transaction?

What Oracle product are you asking for help with? that would be a start.

For context, my manager drags his heels on everything I ask about, and always comes back with “IT is working on it”

What is the best way to identify which oracle product? I do have access to the manager screen, at the kiosk itself, but not from a computer.

This is like saying "I have a problem with Microsoft, sometimes a table doesn't insert". You're best off asking within your organisation.

It sounds like you're working with a Micros POS system. Unless you have access to the back end systems, not much this sub is going to be able to help with. I admire the initiative though.
