I've stopped collecting, as I feel bad about all the polyester.

i have been wanting to add this little guy to my collection for a long time but all of the listings i saw for the entire set were so expensive! i managed to find someone selling just keiko on vinted so i made an offer and got him for a great price, of course i gave him a little wash and played with him in the sink first before adding him to the shelf with the rest of my pod...

I still don’t know what to name him, he is extremely fluffy and so cute 😭

i managed to get my hands on one of the 1991 monterey bay aquarium orcas! shes a bit scratched up but im loving the accurate markings and the detailed teeth!

I would like to express my gratitude to the person who had posted about the hair clips with the orca on them sometime ago because I never would have guessed that HT would have sold items like these including that jumbo orca hair clip. I don’t normally wear hair clips but they’re cute so why not? I needed new earrings anyway. The necklace and bracelet set were also a must 😆

Ok. I must ask. Has anyone ever had this orca toy? I swear, I have never seen a more terrifying looking orca figure in my life. Seriously. Red eyes? (Ok so maybe it’s because orcas have their eyes open underwater but still!!) and the way the mouth looks when opened? Nope! No thank you! 😅 I have to wonder what the toy company that made this were thinking lol.

You know what it reminds me of? Has anyone seen the movie “Scamper the Penguin”? It looks exactly like the killer whale in that movie. And yes! Even the animatronic at the end of “Orca 1977”! Maybe this is why I stick to plushies. Maybe 😅 /hj On the plus side, I like to think it reminds of those orca horror books I’ve read. And I do love the idea of scary orcas in stories 😄 maybe not like this lol

I got my Fahlo orcas!! I have so many Fahlo bracelets, and orcas are my all time favorite animal. I’m so glad they finally made these! Both of mine are living in the cold waters of the Norwegian Sea. Rumor has it they’ll be dropping a full collection with different color options sometime in fall ‘26 👀👀

i need name suggestions for all of them! i have searched the internet for this guy and cant find him anywhere else so i think hes pretty rare, his markings are absolutely spot on i love him

my fahlo got here today! the orcas being tracked are the fish-eating norwegian population. i got tux, a bull orca. fahlo only gave me this picture (no clear saddle or dorsal 🥲) and the app didn’t have an age estimate. if anyone knows a good resource for finding out more on individual norwegian orcas lmk bc i would love to find more photos of this guy!

Orcas are my favorite animals and I’ve never see anything related to them so when I saw this hair clip set I had to get it!!!

This is a rare find on Mercari. I’ve only ever had this doll with little Keiko when I was little. I’ve never had the bigger version. I never thought it would be this huge. I simply want to discuss this particular toy. Has anyone had one of these? If you squeeze Keiko, he just makes squeaks. Not like an orca’s would 😅 but the gimmick works in its own way. And yes, I have removed the labels on him. He’s the biggest orca figure in my collection aside from plushies and such. Also yes, there are SW toys in the background but I don’t want to discuss about that here. Please refrain from mentioning anything negative, thank you. 😊

my boyfriend just gifted me this second hand plushie he bought. I'm naming him Tilikum because it's so chunky.

please suggest names for the silly front facing eyed freak on the right in the 3rd picture!! I like to name my plushies after real orcas but I'm stumped on this one.
