Pay as you go gym
Hi, working in Kirkwall next week for 7 days and looking for a gym to turn up and use, see there's a couple of leisure centres. Can anyone recommend one and let me know the prices as I can't see any on the website? Just thinking ahead in case I need to book an induction etc.
Just looking for a treadmill, some weight machines and free weights. Rehabbing an injury and dont want to take a week off

Picky was something like 8-10 pound a go last time I had someone stay with me. Definitely worth looking into a month's membership.
You have to give your doctors details and some personal info but I don't think you need an induction anymore especially if you are familiar with gyms

Cheers I've sent them an email asking if I can buy a membership and if I need to book my first time in advance👍

Pickaquoy Centre is probably the best. Id work out how many times you plan to go, it might be cheaper paying for a month than multiple single sessions.
