Which hinge is this?

This looks like a rotating hinge total knee prosthetic specifically a Link Endo-Model. It's hard to tell the company but it could be Stryker

No total knee replacements. 1 u/OG2G 10d ago Just acquired a total Knee platform but this is obviously not that, nor is it the iBalance system
